Community guidelines.

Last updated: 11 September 2026

Our hubs are places to train, ask questions and cheer each other on. Most of that looks after itself. These guidelines exist for the times it doesn’t.

What isn’t allowed

Do not post anything that is:

  • abusive, harassing, bullying or threatening towards another member
  • hateful or discriminatory on the basis of race, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, disability, age or nationality
  • sexual or explicit
  • violent, or encouraging violence or self-harm
  • spam, advertising, or a scam
  • someone else’s personal information, shared without their permission
  • unlawful, or infringing someone else’s rights

Coaching and training talk can be direct, and disagreement is fine. Making it personal is not.

Reporting something

Every post and discussion in the community has a ••• menu with a Report option. Choose a reason, add anything we should know, and send it. Reports are private — the person you report is not told who reported them.

We review every report within 24 hours and remove content that breaks these guidelines.

Depending on what we find, we may remove the content, give the member a warning, or remove their access to the platform entirely.

Blocking a member

You can block any member from the same ••• menu. You will stop seeing their posts and replies straight away. Blocking is private — they are not told — and you can undo it at any time from your settings, where your blocked list lives.
