How it works.
Four moves, repeated.
Train with your coach, encourage your teammates, submit your effort, and show up at the start line. The hub stays out of the way.
- 01
Train
Weekly sessions written by your coach, scaled to the team's target race and individual fitness levels.
- 02
Encourage
Share progress, celebrate each other's efforts and stay motivated through the community forum — your team's own private space and challenge and Strava feeds.
- 03
Submit
Log your sessions, your monthly challenges or your quarterly results with an optional photo or short video. A challenge feed provides a clear place for everyone to give likes and encouragement without needing Strava. But if you have Strava, we've got you covered with a Strava club and newsfeed all within your private hub.
- 04
Race
Quarterly target events on the company calendar. Podium picks open before each race so the whole team has a stake in the result.
Built differently, by design.
Ten things that make The Everyday Athlete different. None of them require your team to install anything extra — it all lives in one place.
- 01
A hub per company
Each company gets its own hub. Your logo will be on your hub and the experience is built around your team. We can do custom updates depending on the package you select.
- 02
Invite-only access
There is no public sign-up. Platform admins or company admins issue invitations; users accept via a single-use link and choose their own password to access the hub securely.
- 03
A coach in the loop
Coaches publish resources, run webinars, and set the rhythm. They review the forum for questions from members and are on hand for advice and encouragement.
- 04
Monthly challenges
Each hub runs a monthly challenge which is designed around fun and bringing people together to take on the challenge. Members submit their efforts, see a feed of what others are up to, and track where they are on the podium. Members can also vote on the next challenge and submit ideas, as well as add their podium predictions for added competition and camaraderie.
- 05
Quarterly target events
A target event per quarter is there to help people achieve what they didn't know was possible. Members add the date of their event within the challenge month, select their training plan and we guide them along the way. The training plan adjusts automatically — extending or shortening depending on when their race is.
- 06
Built-in community forum
Discussion lives in the platform's own community forum. Coaches monitor it with a dedicated Coaches Q&A section where the team is on hand for advice and encouragement.
- 07
Training for all levels
We provide three training plans for each quarterly event to cater to all abilities. Members can change the date of their event, or the plan they are on at any time — when they make a change the plan updates automatically so they never miss a beat with their training.
- 08
Accountability at all levels
Members update their compliance as they go, and can see how they are doing against others in the hub. You can also see who else is following the same training plan — making it easy to connect, chat directly, or meet up for training.
- 09
A race calendar you didn't know you needed
Members can add any races or events they are doing throughout the year and see if anyone else has signed up to the same event via the hub race calendar or their own race entry list. The hub race calendar lists all the events people have signed up to — so if you have an event in your city you can look out for a teammate to cheer on that you might never have known was there.

Discount & partner codes
We know companies invest a lot in partnerships like cycle-to-work and gym discounts which often go unused — lost on a company intranet or simply unknown. We bring these offerings to a central, prominent place within the hub alongside partner discounts we have secured, so members start to actively use what has been sourced to further their fitness journey.
